The Epoch is a subsidiary of Category Five Ministries, a 501(c)3 not for profit organization. With all of The Epoch <a href=”https://theepoch.org/about/the-epoch-verticals/” target=”_blank”>Verticals</a> and their corresponding sites, we trust that our resources are being used for legal, respectful and generally trustworthy purposes. While using any of these resources, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. This policy is updated based on the date provided above. In some areas of The Epoch, you may be required to create a Culture Account, access information and or upload data to help use the The Epoch site or application. These accounts are only available for individuals that are 13 and older. If you create an account, you are required to provide complete and accurate information. If you have created an account and do not wish to access The Epoch content, you may follow the user instructions applicable for that site or resource and or ask us to manually deactivate your account. In case you have created a password, you should keep this confidential at all times. All The Epoch sites must be used based on our guidelines and policies and if The Epoch determines in its sole discretion that you are not using the site in the way it was intended, we have the right to deactivate your Culture Account at any time.
By becoming a Culture member of The Epoch, you authorize us to charge your credit card or other account that you have designated. Monthly, annual and other periodic or renewal fees will be charged at the then current rate plus applicable tax. All fees are charged in US Dollars (USD). Fees may vary based on currency exchange rates. Customers may also be charged additional credit card fees for currency conversion from non-USD currencies to USD. The membership fee will be billed at the beginning of your membership period or expiration of your free trial period, if any. You will have fifteen (15) calendar days after the auto-renewal of any annual membership to cancel and receive a full refund of your annual membership fee. Your membership will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your membership or your membership is otherwise terminated or suspended. You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account on The Epoch or <a href=”https://theepoch.org/contact/” target=”_blank”>contacting us</a> at. You have the right to cancel your membership without fee or penalty at any time. If you cancel your membership, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you will have continued access to The Epoch for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive a refund, unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation.
On certain occasions, The Epoch may offer free trials of its services. If we offer you a free trial, the specific terms of the free trial will be stated in the marketing material describing the free trial. If you do not cancel your membership within the free trial period, we will begin charging your payment card membership fees once your free trial period ends. You may cancel your membership anytime by logging into your account or <a href=”https://theepoch.org/contact/” target=”_blank”>contacting us</a>.[/cs_text][cs_text]<h5>Posting Content</h5>
You represent and warrant that any material you post to The Epoch, does not infringe an another party’s intellectual property rights or any federal, state, or local and country law that may apply regarding the posting of material. You also agree that any Content you post will not infringe on any third party right — including copyright, trademark, patent, right of publicity or other intellectual property right, and will not slander, defame, libel or invade the right of privacy or publicity of any other person. If you submit any Content to The Epoch (translations, questions, comments or otherwise) you understand and agree that it may be used by The Epoch for any reason throughout the world without requirement or consent. You agree that you provide a license for The Epoch to use your Content worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty free and perpetual non-revocable license for The Epoch to use in whatever way The Epoch deems appropriate throughout the world in whole or in part, in any media platforms available now or developed in the future. All rights to podcasts and audio downloads are as defined by the hosting provider, TheEpoch.com, and/or the applicable terms through a subscription or via a third party hosting provider. However in all instances The Epoch podcasts and audio downloads are available for personal, noncommercial use only.
Unless otherwise indicated, you may only use the podcast or audio download for personal, noncommercial purposes, provided that:
